What kinds of articles and information should be included in the newsletter?

Your company would like to introduce a newsletter to send to its customers regularly. What the newsletter shoule look like and how often it should ba produced?

    Once a month. It should be colorful. It should include all your contact information, perhaps a story about an issue in your company’s field of work, a feature story about a key employee, maybe a feature story about a regular customer. I would also include an inspirational story of some type that had absolutely no direct connection with my company. Just ideas off the top of my head.

    Wouldn’t your first newsletter be asking the people who will be getting the newsletter their suggestions on what it should include and if anybody would like to contribute on a regular basis to the newsletter.
